April Nikki Pou, author , poet, entrepreneur, homeless advocate and Geaux Getter founded Pretty Grinders, LLC (DBA: Hustle Queens) because there is a decline in coupled with stagnant growth in girl power and female to female friendship and partnership. With COO, Mariah Higginbottom she also founded Pretty Girl Grinders and Hustle King to educate, empower and expose youth to business.

Mariah D.Higginbotham a 22 year old native of Baton Rouge, La. Mariah was reared by her mother and was often a part of community volunteerism early on in life. Mariah is a published cook book author and plus size model. Her greatest achievement thus far is the founding of Butterfly Kisses Organization. The joy comes in having the ability to provide essential items of daily life.
