April is a nonchalant Aquarius, a nerd by definition and Pretty Grinder by trade. She came up with the idea to form Pretty Grinders because there was a lack of face-to-face networking opportunities in her area. She knew the importance of having contacts and more importantly, having friends. A business bae enhances your experience in entrepreneurship and business in general. The Pretty Grinders that she met often complained about having no support, no one to talk to that understood their drive or no one that shared their mindset.
An author that loves to uplift and write, she makes the majority of the posts to the PG blog. As an avid reader that invests in course, webinars, and e-books on start-ups she test implements many suggestions and personal ideas and shares with the group what works best. She is also a self-published author of a book of poems and is a chapter or three away from publishing her urban fiction novel. April will add a unique tip for aspiring entrepreneurs to the newsletter.

Dominique
Vice President
Dominique is a Virgo, she is a perfectionist and encourager. A truck driver by trade; she is all about momentum. Dom is the definition of a Pretty Grinder, she earned her class A CDL, using alternative means, and walked away with no debt. No nonsense, and no excuses is how she obtained success and she has the same expectations for the community. On the other hand, she is also a free thinker and a free spirit. She asks the questions others do not one to face; and holds the conversations no one else wants to hold.
Dominique will host a question of the week that's guaranteed to make you think. She is also the in-house romance specialist. She gives excellent advice on preparation to get in a relationship and when it's time to get out. On a lighter note, she truly enjoys planning romantic, fun and unique dates. Dinerra
Vice President
Dinerra is the laid-back Pretty Grinders. A graduate of The Southern University and A & M College and the author behind amotherscryblog.wordpress.com. A nonprofit owner, she has a heart to serve and help others that are overcome by the pain of losing a loved one. Dinerra is a bit of a jack of all trades skilled in videographer and photography and graphic design she loves to tell a visually appealing story. Dinerra will be contributing as the Face Forward columnist. Her column will focus on encouragement and the therapeutic effect telling one's story has. She will unapologetically share her trials and triumphs with the expectation that you will to.
You will have the opportunity to see Dinerra grow her nonprofit from the ground up including securing grants, hosting fundraisers, and operating in her purpose. Adrian
VP
Adrian is PARALLEL-PRENEUR, or a Pretty Grinder that works full-time at a 9-5 and has her own business. Four the Bodi is a hand-made, chemical and preservative free line of beauty products.
